Eli Leland is CTO and Co-Founder at Voltaiq, where he brings over two decades of energy technology expertise. His career spans breakthrough research — from leading capacitor and power conversion technology development for the Department of Energy's ARPA-E program — to novel MEMS electric current sensors and energy harvesting for IoT devices. Before founding Voltaiq, Eli deployed enterprise software systems to the Fortune 500 while at Trilogy Software, and was a Mirzayan Policy Fellow in energy policy at the National Academies. Eli holds PhD and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley and a BSE from Princeton in mechanical and aerospace engineering.
